Lorredana is my name.
Do you play live?
There's nothing like the feel of live performances. If I had a choice I'd always play live, yet not all venues are suitable. The vocals are ALWAYS live.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
The internet brought the music to the people, it's like Robin Hood of the music bussines...take from the rich, give to the poor. I love it!
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Depends on the contract.

ABOUT LORREDANA
Born in Bucharest, 1980,she starts playing piano at age 6, and never gives it up since. During the high-school years she wins the 3rd place at the National Olympic Music competition,then she joins the Music Academy- Bucharest.
Showbiz experience.
Her first public appearance was in '96, with BASS REFLEX. Together they record the single FREE,which was published on "Techno Dance Party, vol III." in '97. Same year she joins K1, a group of young producers. They record the album "Phoenix Dance Explosion", cover after the Romanian group of the 70's . In 1998 she records with Romania's #1 hip-hop group- B.U.G Mafia. The single "Pentru'98" makes #1 in the Romanian charts. Spring 2000- together with the United Media Artist Production team; develops "TRINITY", the top female group of the year. They get signed by the SONY MUSIC dealer for Romania and release their debut album- TRINITY in January 2001.
Media & Advertising.
In 2000, at Radio21's request, she produces a jingle package (summer/morning show/ general). In the summer 2000, Lorredana & Trinity, get advertising deal from the Romanian Health Department. The result is a national anti-drug campaign, in which the song "INDEPENDENT" performed by Trinity is the key element. In spring 2001, Trinity signs advertising deal with pharmaceutical company ORGANON for promoting their product "Mercilon". Trinity is to record, perform, and shoot video for the song "MERCI". Lorredana participated in numerous television shows hosted by the best TV stations of Romania, such as PRO TV International/ Antena 1/ National Television/ Atomic TV (music channel)/MTV Romania etc.

Your influences?
I'm experimenting, and it's all electronica. I can't name anyone as my influence, but I was into Kosheen, Sonique, DJ Sash, Massive Attack...

The STAGE.
