Yes we play live regularly. We have played all over the UK, and also Italy.

The best moment for the band is when we played alongside the 2 biggest bands in Italy , for a festival in Rome which we performed to 20,000 people.

Accolade was formed in the early stages of 2001 by Dave Zdanowicz and Andrew Barton. Later that year Dave and Andy set out on a quest to unleash their Music on the World. With the Studio Album 'Something in the Sky' already produced and finalised, the band decided to gain feedback from local music editors and in particular guru 'Jim Jack' of the Bradford Telegraph and Argus. Jim's response to the album was more then welcomed by the band with quotes such as: "Like an upbeat Embrace with a better vocal" "A polished slice of Neil Finn pop" Due to these comments and positive feedback from album sales reaching encouraging sale figures, the band was positively glowing and was inspired to write some new and improved material for the latest demo disk. The band who are currently rehearsing and performing at least 3 times a week have decided to introduce new influences and styles to their repertoire, including artists such as Lifehouse, Coldplay, Travis and Crowded House. We have just completed numerous festival dates this summer, particularly one in Italy performing to 20,000 people.
