Krypter is a metal band with the goal of creating epic, rocking, and monolithic music as a way of interpreting possible ways the world could end.
Why this name?
Krypter was the last call that when out when Apollo's spacecraft went down.
Do you play live?
We will, eventually.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
The internet has made it easier for bands of every form to communicate with fans, and, more importantly, find new ones. This rings especially true when your music isn't of the "pop" or radio variety. It allows infinite conectivity to not just your scene at home, but people places, and scenes around the world.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Hell yes.
Band History:
Jeff (guitar) and Dan (drums) met at work. And like most metal heads who have been cornered into a life of office drudgery they eventually found common ground in their dedication to music, and all things metal. After creating a general concept for the band, they recruited Pat (on bass) and Mike (on guitar) and are writing their first cd "Into the Arms of the Apocalypse"
