Why this name?
I chose the name because I liked it...but moreover, because I am the Demi Goddess of love and music!
Do you play live?
No, I primarily just make beats...for now!
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
Internet is the greatest venue that you could possibly play in. It has created a great avenue for those who have the talent to make good music (and bad), to be heard and get known. It has changed the way we look at music in a major way, of course!
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
I don't think it's necessary, as I am already getting into that side of the business. However, I would not mind doing business with some major labels in the future, as an independent contractor (or free-agent, as it were).
Band History:
I am just me, not a band. Also, I just got started, and hopefully, I will be able to get some good stuff out there as often as possible!
Your influences?
I love all types and genres of music, but for reference...Trance, Electronica, Industrial, Rock (all types), Hip-Hop & Rap...and the list could go on!
Favorite spot?
NYC - Brooklyn
Equipment used:
Mostly PC (Windows-based) software programs such as Fruity Loops XXL Producer Edition, Acid Pro, Pro-Tools M-Powered, MAGIX Music Maker, and more! I am building a recording studio in my spare room at home soon, not to mention a powerful music recording computer, so I will be upgrading things for sure!
