Why this name?
It gets to the point...
Do you play live?
Yes, I perform live in the Los Angeles area mostly. Playing live is an almost spiritual experience for me.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
Honestly, the internet has hurt the earning power of musicians. But we will prevail.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Of course, if the money and options were right.
Band History:

Your influences?
I love music that requires a solid rhythmic foundation, a steady pulse, a powerful groove. I also enjoy when an artist can add complexity and creativity to that base. My first influences were Cream, Iron Butterfly, Sly & The Family Stone, Jimi Hendrix, James Brown Led Zeppelin and Blue Cheer. I later became enamored by The Who, Ten Years After and Deep Purple.
Favorite spot?
Los Angeles, London
Equipment used:
At the moment I primarily use Ludwig drums from the 1960s and a chrome Supraphonic snare drum, all with Remo heads and DW pedals. I have both Zildjian and Sabian cymbals. I use Vic Firth sticks.
Anything else...?
I'm a world renowned authority on mixed martial arts and have commentated on televised MMA broadcasts around the world. My nickname in that field is "The Fight Professor."
