THE PROJECT “R-Oxolana” DOESN’T EXIST ANYMORE
Our dear friends, fans and partners !
Since a few months ago we’ve been fixing some facts of unauthorized using of our artist brand “R-Oxolana” as well as our music and video productions under the music project title “R-Oxolana”. To avoid any misunderstandings in the future as regards this fake matter, herewith we, as the single and the only owner of the artist brand “R-Oxolana”, would like to inform that ACN Music Production Company has announced project “R-Oxolana” closed, inactive and not on ACN Music label since November, 2011 as well as we doesn’t proceed any further work on behalf of and for this project anymore. We had to make this decision because of some very serious reasons concerning the policy of securing the rights of the true and original artist and author of the former music project “R-Oxolana”.
As it was before all audio and video productions ever represented and released under the project title “R-Oxolana” as well as the artist brand “R-Oxolana” belong to ACN Music Production and remain our property. Any kinds of using ACN Music productions under the project title “R-Oxolana” or the artist brand “R-Oxolana” is strictly forbidden and should be supposed not legal.
We hope on your understanding as well as we would like to hope that this matter doesn’t bring any inconvenience.
On the other side we happy to inform you that at the very nearest future all productions of the former project “R-Oxolana” finally will be released under its original artist name ALEXA ANDRA and will be available worldwide including all global net multimedia resources like iTunes, Spotify, Phapsody, Amazon, Napster and etc.
Just keep an eye on our news section and blog’s and very soon you will get the chance to learn sensational news about why the whole project wasn’t released under its original artist name. Also we will be keeping you informed about all developments of our brand new project “ALEXA ANDRA”.
