Onofrio "Marcello" Gallina was born 1962 in Palermo, he has been studyng the piano at the "V. Bellini" Academy of Music in Palermo. He chose the piano for good harmonic and dynamic possibilities of this instrument's sound. He studied in the sicilian concertist Filomena Longo's class: she positively influenced the way he intended music and its most profound aspects.
He began to perform in his hometown and became the pianist of great historic hotels. In the late nineties through a period of musical research discovering more and more interest in the composition towards gender Classical: Contemporary.
