dress the fool is an indie/acoustic band entirely composed of Ben Hunt and based in St. Paul, MN. As of now, the recordings are a mix of acoustic tracks and full band tracks. Live shows are mainly acoustic but have occasionally been full band. All the music is composed by Ben Hunt and all the lyrics are also written by Ben Hunt. The first bit of music released by dress the fool was an 8 song ep titled disguises. It was a concept album with songs ranging from full band to acoustic. Recently dress the fool recorded 15 tracks at Cathouse Studios in Sioux Falls, SD. The songs are for a new album titled "i was the sky", which is set to be released on Feb. 24, 2009.
