Escape Is At Hand has been around in various incarnations since 2002. We've been a grunge band, a metal band, a (stupid) trendy scene band, a solo acoustic project, and a melodic punk band. But we've got our sh*** together now.
Why this name?
Robs been our drummer since the begining, and he's the only drummer I can really work with. When we get a bassist, i'll let you know why I chose him.
Do you play live?
We've been out of the live thing for about 2 years, but Rob and Tyler play in the Gypsy Bears.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
For sure. It makes it alot easier to get yourself heard. That being said, it's not always a good thing
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Probably.... No compromises though, and no tours with anything lame
