not going to bring any of that watered down industry, attention whore, radio shit...

i am versatile, so not all of my joints are going to come off as 'alternative' but of course, there was not really any other category i could comfortably go with, haha

i am 26, and have been a fan of hip hop since i was a lil one...been writing and freestyling since i was 11...finally have a mic, and soon will get the opportunity to lace up some tracks in the studio with my producer nathan slimm

Why this name?
my real life nickname has been used over and over, throughout the net...so i felt it was time to create a moniker that not only plays on the words amazing mind, but as well describes my thought process...heads seemed to like it, so i kept it...
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
i believe the only change it has made, was to give EVERYONE access to music, whether it is that crap the industries want us to buy as "good music" or underground cats of all genres looking to reach more people with their music
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
i am not sure on this...part of me says no, because i have witnessed what a major label can do to ILL talent...

then of course, the other part of me says: "HELL YES!!!" who wouldn't want their music heard by millions, fame, fortune...etc...

thing is, integrity...i can not, nor will not...ever conform to making garbage...i strive to elevate in my craft, therefore i have a fond connection to what real hip hop is...i would not respect myself if i did as many others before me have, and sell out...

to sign to a label willing to allow me to spit my lyrics, and be ME...then, i am all for it
Your influences?
tupac, ras kass, brotha lynch, mac dre, tech n9ne, nas, masta killa...my producer, a couple homies...no specific order

trance music, classical, jazz, old school real hip hop...west coast hip hop and rap...
Favorite spot?
KC is cool and all...i barely remember Madison, WI or San Diego (remember it enough to know i miss it!)
Equipment used:
SENNHEISER e815S, adobe audition 3, that's it for now...simple home set up
