I'm a singer/songwriter, & it's my passion. My music crosses many genres, which keeps it from becoming repetitive and boring, but it's folk-jazz-blues-rock. In my recordings I play all of the instruments (with an occasional guest star) and sing all of the vocals (with an occasional guest star). I write to the more mature audience in terms of subject matter. I hope you LOVE it!!

Do you play live?

I occasionally play live around my home in Manchester, NH.

How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?

New music can get around in a hurry, and if something is good, word can travel fast, although to a small group. Indies can get some exposure, but it still takes a label to get the big marketing individuals can't access.

Would you sign a record contract with a major label?

Your influences?

Paul Simon, Beatles, James Taylor, Steve Goodman, Arlo Guthrie were the guys I grew up with. My songwriting starts with the lyrics usually, and the words suggest the tune and tone of the song. Songs tend not to be hard-edged, angry and loud; they are more melodic and...musical!
