My friend began to rap when he was drunk and wanted his friends to join in so we all began to help eachother out on tracks and so forth. Check out Jon Oxman on sound click, he's an amazing producer and has helped me out tons.
Why this name?
Its my middle name...... my parents and sister call me Code, and so do a lot of my friends, even though my name is Josh. Some people get confused, but thats how Codeboy came around.
Do you play live?
I can perform live, I have at a house party and for friends mostly. I dont mind it but ive neevr done a straight up stage show. I could though, no worries, im used to being on the mic in front of tons of people as I was a club DJ.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
it opens up door ways so everyone has the same opportunity for advancement and for listening to a much wider variety of music.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
yessum

a condensor mic and 4 track hooked up to Jon Oxmans computer, and also my own computer. We use Audio Studio which is a joke but it gets the job done I suppose.
Anything else...?
I may not seem to rap to a continuous flow all the time but thats only due to the possibility that someone will listen to whats being said and not always the catchiness of the tune. It's done on purpose and I hope everyone can realize this when listening,..... cool?
