I have been singing in front of crowds since I was a teen in school plays. I was lead singer and band leader for 20 years in our church. I sing now at the school where I teach, church functions and open mics. Singing and playing for the Lord is always very special to me.

The MP3 made it easy to send songs and download them over the internet which makes it possible to get our music out to a bigger audience faster.

I'm not interested in singing/playing commercially but I would sell my songs to others.

Closest thing I've ever been to a "band" was when I was in the church band for 20 years. We played all kinds of Christian music including contemporary, country, bluegrass and folk. I'm a solo now doing mostly my own stuff.

I've always loved american folk and folk/rock music so I suppose that has been my greatest influence but I also love Jazz, R & B, classical, soul and pop so my influences are many.

My favorite place to be is home with my family around me. I've lived in several cities and traveled some. I could find good things to say about everywhere I've been but there's no place like home.

I have a Martin 6 , Gibson 12 and Tackomine 12 string acoustic guitars.
