Leasing rights allow you to use this instrumental for ONE commercial for-profit recording up to 2500 units. After that further negotiations on exclusive rights must be made. The Finishers still own the exclusive rights until someone buys them. MUST E-MAIL A COPY OF YOUR SONG TO US!!!

EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS - ($200)
You will receive a DVD containing the individual tracks in 24 bit 48Khz .WAV files in folders labeled for your convenience and a contract/receipt granting you exclusive rights to the instrumental (some instrumentals are only available in a pre mixed and professionally mastered stereo file). Exclusive rights grant you unlimited commercial recordings and broadcasts. You have full rights to record, alter, mix the instrumental in any shape, way, or form (except reselling the instrumental). Once purchased, no one else may further lease or buy the same instrumental. You must give credit to The Finishers. The beat will be listed as SOLD on Soundclick and any other site we have it for sale. the download option will be removed.
