LEASING RIGHTS
You can purchase leasing rights to any beat on the Iconic Music Productions page for $50. Contact IconicMusic.Productions@gmail.com about discounts for purchasing rights to multiple beats.
Leasing rights allow you to use the beat for ONE commercial recording or broadcast. This recording can then be distributed for up to 2,000 copies. Selling more than 2,000 copies means you must acquire a new lease or exclusive rights.
You have full rights to record, alter, or mix the beat in any way, shape, or form. You must however give full credit to the seller (producer name) on all commercial recordings. You do not have the right to sell any sort of rights to the beat. Upon purchasing leasing rights, the Iconic Music Productions still owns the beat(s) and is able to resell the beat(s) to any other party until exclusive rights have been purchased.
In the event that someone buys exclusive rights to the beat you have leased, your rights shall stand and the beat is still yours to use. You may also acquire new leasing rights if you sell more than 2,000 copies since your contract predates exclusive sale.
You will receive a digital contract to an email of your choice granting you non-exclusive rights to the beat. You will sign the digital contract by responding to the email with your email address in the body and sending payment through Paypal to IconicMusic.Productions@gmail.com.
Once payment has been received, you will receive a download ;link from Megaupload.com for the instrumental in WAV format and MP3 format if you request it. Beats will not be tracked out for leases. The ;link will be open for four weeks after which it will be closed. We hold no responsibility to deliver the beat beyond the four week window.
ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHOD

Once payment has been received, you will receive an email with a download ;link to the full beat on Megaupload. We will keep the ;link open for four weeks after which we will close the download link. We hold no responsibility to deliver the beat beyond the four week window.
REFERRAL PROGRAM
Each client of ours is assigned a rep code. Any future purchases by other clients that mention the rep code in the email will receive a 20% discount off of the total purchase. This can be used for as many future purchases as there are. The client cannot use his or her own rep code to secure a discount.
For each $10 other clients spend, the client whose rep code is used will receive a $1 credit. This credit can only be used for future purchases. Clearly the more clients you send our way, the greater your reward.
Rep codes cannot be combined with other rep codes or any other promotions.
