Artist Jae Swaggs, born James D. Steed, is no ordinary recording artist. Jae Swaggs stands apart from many artists in the game due to his versatility. Singing from the age of 3 Jae Swaggs has seen his fair share of audiences; and rapping since 13 has definetely given him a competetive edge in "the game". Hailing from upstate New York, as an infant Swaggs was introduced into the world of Music. His first performance was at age 6 where he wooed the croud with a mature sound, and excellent pitch control. Throughout his school years Swaggs learned several instruments, 2 of which landed him in state-wide ensembles. In order for Swaggs to persue his career in music, he felt it was imperative to have stage presence. At the age of 14 Swaggs enrolled in YTI performing arts school and began formal training to further sculpt his charismatic presence. Swaggs formed a local group in his most recent residence of Beacon aka Tree City and they have been creating a buzz locally, Swaggs most recent endeuvor is to create a DVD which he so appropriately entitled "where ya swagga at?"
