Most of my music is born out of a wisp of a melodic theme or sometimes a phrase that seems to be whispered in my ear on a gentle breeze.

When possible. I have shared my songs in churches for many years. I enjoy that, but actually prefer the intimacy of playing, singing, creating in my music room.

It allows for so many more people to hear and share the wealth of creativity out there! The "world" is literally open and able to access and listen.

I have gained inspiration from the lives and writings of the Celtic Saints. I am a classically trained pianist and deeply influenced by the great composers of the Romantic period. I love a soulful, haunting melody more than anything. I believe the melody of a song MUST move, uplift and inspire the listener. A heart-rending tune lingers and tugs at our souls long after it has been heard.

I love the ocean and crashing waves. A close second would be a high Alpine meadow with mountains and a clear stream for back-drop.

Best is an acoustic piano, with added instruments such as flute, guitar, bass.

Music is truly God's gift to us for ultimate expression of our human souls. The language is universal, and the means for pouring out ones' heart and essence, as well as to reach and touch others, is a phenomenal and deep mystery.
