-Can be used for one commercial purpose
-Can sell up to 2500 copies of the song. After that you must buy another right to the beat for half off original price. You can do this 2 times then you must buy the beat Exclusively
-I still have all the rights and copyrights and can resell the beat to other people until its purchased Exclusively.
-Also, in your label credits, it must state "Produced by shwaggbeats"


Exclusive Rights:

-Can be used for any commercial purpose you desire
-Can sell as many copies as you want
-You, the artist, will recieve all the rights. This means neither you nor me may sell the beat again. As soon as the beat is bought, it will be deleted.

To buy a beat from me:
1. either email me (shwaggbeats757@gmail.com), AIM me (shwaggbeats), or text me (757-645-8407)
2. give me the name of the beat(s) that u want.
3. send the money to my paypal. (shwaggbeats@aol.com)
4. when i get my money, i will send the beat in MP3 or Wav, whichever you want.

*i lost a lot of my beats when my computer crashed so if u want a beat that i no longer have on my computer and it has a tag on it, then it is free, and i will send it to u with the tag. (or i can get rid of the tag the best i can for free also).

*PLEASE. when ur done, send me the song so i can hear the finished product. and a myspace link if possible. THANKS
