Singer/Songwriter from the Buffalo/Niagara Falls area.
Why this name?
Parents gave it to me, I didn't do crap.
Do you play live?
Yes, usually at open mics or on the Niagara University closed circuit radio station. I enjoy it, got plenty of embarassing stories from my first couple of live appearances. It's all good now.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It's still hard to make a name in the industry, but definately increases exposure. However, radio stations play local music less and less, so it almost evens out.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Hell yea. Hopefully it won't change me much, but the idea of living well on what I love to do sounds very appealing.
Band History:
I started off playing metal, but it didn't work. I got into Dave Matthews, Guster, and others in college and decided to stick to my acoustic guitar. All my current recordings were recorded live so the quality is bad, but I'm working on getting some better demos.
Your influences?
Peter Gabriel, Nirvana, Green Day, Alice in Chains, Dave Matthews Band, Dashboard Confessional, Guster, alternative, acoustic
Favorite spot?
Wow, so many places...for starters Vancouver, Toronto, Hong Kong, Buffalo, Chicago, Miami, VA, and so on....
Equipment used:
Just me and my guitar
Anything else...?
I range from love ballads to hate songs to political/folk. Check em out.
