Introducing Charles Black. He hails from the D.C. area on the "Southside". He has beene holding it down for the Metropolitian Area for years, and will continue. He is the Founder of Mad Mob Entertainment and CEO, a company that was created to give D.C. the outlet it was meant to have but was lacking. Now he is dropping hit after hit as he piles up songs in his Catalog. This year, Mad Mob Entertainment will be dropping the first album by Charles Black entitled "Exclusive".
Why this name?
My Mob was mad at the fact that we live in the Capitol City, and our music is not getting the recognition that it deserves. We dont even geet radio play in our city like every other city does for their artist! Thats why we decided on Mad Mob Entertainment!!!!
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
Mp3's allow for good music to be heard without the middle man, and the erecord labels raping all of the profit. This allows almost any artist to be the record labele.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
If the money was just something that I could not deny, I probably would, especially if its a handsome distribution deal!
