After messing around with FL for the last few years, I decided to up the ante a bit and start trying to do something vaguely professional sounding.

After a whole bunch of 7 minute long, repetitive, boring failures, I eventually started making something half decent. And here I am. On SoundClick.

Why this name?

My grandfather was a Russian partisan in WWII, and I liked the imagery associated with both it and shotguns. Not all that much to it I suppose, but it's relatively easy to work with on the design front too which is good.

How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?

I think it both helps and hinders the music industry. On the one hand you have illegal file sharing which many artists feel is killing the industry, but by the same token I believe that makes music a touch more "pure" if that makes sense; you have less and less artists in it purely for the money, and more in it for the joy of making music.

Would you sign a record contract with a major label?

Yes. But only certain ones.

Your influences?

Music of all types. Classical, Metal, NuMetal, Hip Hop, Electro, anything i like i will draw some form of influence from.

Favorite spot?
