I am a military vet, that has been singing all my life, however I got away from it while serving. I had the honor of serving in Desert Shield/Desert Storm. After a long time away from what I loved, the fire to sing and express myself returned with a vengence. My motto is "Passion and Fire", because I believe that if you don't have that fire inside you, then why do what your doing? My songs come from the heart, and always will.
Why this name?
My stage name is a nickname that was given to me while I was an on-air DJ at a country radio station in Wisconsin.
Do you play live?
Right now I do alot of karaoke to keep the vocals in shape, and working on new songs so I can complete my first album. Recently I had the biggest moment yet of my drive to achieve this goal.
My first original release, called "Me and You, and the Red, White and Blue was played on a internet station that is heard in 30 different countries. Stay tuned and I will let you know of stations that you can hear my song on a regular basis.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It enables people like myself, with limited funds and access to "industry promotions" to be able to reach out to people that crave the kind of music that the "little guy/girl" produce.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
If the opportunity were to present itself, and the conditions were right...YES I would.
