They've been compared to Fleetwood Mac, Eagles, Bread, Savage Garden, and even Toad the Wet Sprocket – but SOCIAL CLIMBERS is one of those unique bands you can’t quite equate to anyone else. They’re distinctively retro – yet 100% fresh and inventive.

There are definitive hints of Top 40, Soft Rock, and A/C hits of the 60's, 70's, 80's and 90's, but their standout melodies, lyrics, vocals, harmonies and arrangements make this band timeless.

SOCIAL CLIMBERS features the multi-talents of Los Angeles-based singer and musician Reese Rickenbacker. "The Other Side of Thunder" is SOCIAL CLIMBERS' debut album, featuring 10 all new songs written by Reese Rickenbacker and producer, Gary Kleinman.
