This Nebs...up and coming lyricist...I make hip hop music out of a love of the art-form...and the need to express my self in a healthy way...the best thing about Hip-Hop is that you can say whatever you wanna say, however you wanna say it. I can spit about what's on my mind, I can create stories, I can tell someone I love them...I can do whatever I want...that's the beauty of it. So enjoy...I put my soul into (most) these songs.
Why this name?
Was Nebulotic...cuz a Nebula is basically a cluster of star dust...I thought "hey, I'ma star!" But...Nebs is much more economical...though still unique.
Do you play live?
Man I haven't performed at a true open Mic yet...I've freestyled in various cyphers and at low-key open mics, but that's about it...I'm breakin out soon though, no doubt...
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
The internet allows a lot of people to get their music heard and critiqued by others. I wouldn't be surprised if the best lyricists of the future honed their skills on the Net, being embarrassed and working hard to improve...it's economic, it's easily accessible, and with the right programs it's easy to throw together tracks...of course this will lead to more BS, but there are those (like me) who will take advantage of its potential.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Only if it were a distribution deal. But honestly, I just love doin the music right now...money isn't even a factor. If I get approached, cool...if not, I still have my computer, so...

Common, Eminem, Nas, Jay-Z, Royce the 5'9" Assassin...others, lyircally...musically I'll get back to you, lol...
