Arachnosonic is the musical result of the tension between the spider that lives on my ear and it's human host.
Why this name?
Arachno means spider.
Sonic = sound. The spider and I create sounds.
Sonic = sound. The spider and I create sounds.
Do you play live?
I have never played live. I'm sure it would be fun, though.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
If you're listening to my music then you understand. Anyone with a computer can make music and distribute it to the world.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
If I was offered one, probably.
Band History:
Many years ago a human was bitten on the ear by a spider. The consciousness of the spider imprinted itself on the human, forming a mark on the human ear. Years passed and nothing else happened until recently as the spider consciousness began to take hold in the human, resulting in a new musical creativity. Then with the completion of its first song a new name was made known: ARACHNOSONIC was born on 12/30/08.
Your influences?
My musical taste is very eclectic, I like anything with my favorite harmonies.
Favorite spot?
I like the weather in Seattle but I will always consider San Antonio my home.
