Why this name?
(William) I'd ben sitting on the name for a few years. after our old band disolved I knew it was time to bring it out.
Do you play live?
YES!, downriver metro detroit area, we love to play out (it's the best thing about being in a band). special moments? playing a bennifit concert for the Penricton school for the blind.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It makes it easier for new and unsigned bands to be heard.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
yes, but we perfer an artist owned lable. and still, that would depend on the terms.
Band History:
Deathxtasy was a culmination of members from a band that was started about 4 years ago (that will remain unnamed) drummer Hennery Love, (from the first try). and bassist Brian Spencer (from the bands seconed try). and guitarist William Matulonis (from both projects), decided to give it new life, we choped it down from a five man band to a power trio. Now the band is fresh and new with the addition one awsome drummer, Chris Sebastiani, who's drive and passion for music is very inspiering for us. not to mention his double bass skills.

Detroit!!!

Jackson,ibanez,dean,Traben, guitars and basses, crate,GK, hartke, amps, DW drums, remo skins,zildian and paiste cymbals, earnie ball and DR strings, monster cables, line6 effects, dunlop picks. and anything else we can get our hands on.
