Started as a hobby in 2001 (and still is), I began turning my writing skills into sound and beat. Armed only with my PC, I began the "self-taught" journey into writing, performing, and producing my own music. With the sounds of Rock crossed into toe tapping hip-hop beats, and smooth flowing lyrics all make up the foundation and body, this musics composition becomes a unique and catchy form of music...
Why this name?
Just something I had tossed out (still not final). Figured I had made it all at home on the PC, so Homeaided just came out.
Do you play live?
no, no live. Haven't had the music out enough to be promoted to that point.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
Yes, it gives all of those little people a equal if not a voice at all to be able to be heard, seen, and understood.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Yes I would. Something like that would be a dream come true!
Your influences?
Gosh, sooo many! Rehab, Linkin Park, basically anything with a great beat and flow...
Equipment used:
I use the Magix Music Maker 12 program, a simple headphone/mic combo, and an upgraded audio card.
