L'Ame du Violon was founded in 1999 by the violin instructor Denisa Ragalie Costescu. It is composed from young artists 13 to 30 years old.
The group participated in several concerts in Switzerland and France. Notable events were at Theatre de Grand Champ, Temple de Nyon and Colombiere et de Yens concert hall. Concerts are held one a month and they released to date three compact disks.
