Umbrella Inc consist of Emcees, Producers, Promoters, Writers, & more. UI is here to set a new standard in the art of Hip-Hop music. Based out of MD, UI is taking out the middle man & doing their own music there way. No red tape or commercial influences, just raw Hip-Hop from the soul.
Why this name?
Umbrella Inc came about from the heads of different organization forming together under one umbrella. Years of music making had band these brothers to form a unity to represent what Hip-Hop is missing: True music.
Do you play live?
Yes, we perform live events within the DMV and of course we love it there is nothing better than moving a crowd.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It allows for faster downloading of more compact files. Giving a high resolution of recorded sound
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
If it were designed to take on my label with a label contract.
