Hi, My name is Candiegyrll. I'm trying to get my music heard and so take a listen and tell me what you think. Please tell me what you think. I do hip hop, RnB, and I write poetry so please enjoy.
Why this name?
I chose m band name because I am a girl and my name is Candie. I wanted to be different so I changed GIRL to GYRLL.
Do you play live?
I play with music that is put together by a producer. I happend to have a studio at my house so it's very convenient. I love my music and studio very much.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
I think the the MP3 is a great asset to the music idustry. It not only helps you to get your music out there but it opens up your mind to lots of other types of music and people.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Yes, in a hot minute. I would sign so fast the paper would be on fire.....lol...I wish....no I can't wait to get my record deal.
Your influences?
I like a lot of different music but don't think that any of my music really sounds like anyone else.....everybody probably says that....you listen and tell me who you think I was influenced by.....now I like a lot of stuff like Pink, Alicia Keys, Rhianna, Mariah Carey, Denise Williams, Lauryn Hill, Nelly Furtado, LeAnn Rimes, Beyonce, TLC, Shawna, Trina, Aaliyah, TI, Lil wayne, JayZ, Chamilionaire and much much more.
Favorite spot?
My favorite spot wouldn't be my favorite if I told everyone so I'll keep that to myself......I do like to party at the BUZZ in Scottsdale though.
