Just a little classic country/roots stuff. A lot of telecaster and steel guitar.
Why this name?
"Mojohand" came from a Lightnin' Hopkins song. Actually, a Mojohand is a small sack with elements of good luck charm inside.
Do you play live?
Not really, not in a long time. Still occasionally play for small groups of family and friends.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It's made music more accessible, and that's a good thing.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
yep.
Your influences?
So many! John Jackson, Mississippi John Hurt, Hank Williams, Junior Brown, Earnest Tubb, Eddie Arnold, Chet Atkins, Merle Haggard, Merle Travis, Hank Thompson, and on and on and on...
Favorite spot?
I'm a Southern boy.
Equipment used:
Telecasters, Hollow body guitars, lap steels.
Anything else...?
Thanks a lot for listening.
