Why this name?
Im not a band, im actually a solo type of guy because i still have'nt found any people that is serious about music like myself yet.
BUT!... I get my name "DJMAC" from my original name D for Dante and J for Jackson and the MAC stands for "Master of Any Challenge" because every time things got real challenging in the music game i always figure ways to succeed and master it

Do you play live?
I only went live once and it really impressed alot of haters that i had and touch many people that only knew me as "Dante" instead of "DJmac"
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
i think the internet is okay to a certain extent, but i really believe we need more LIVE opportunity than internet because who have you really heard of going big by uploading music all day... besides soulja boy...??
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
of course i would, as a matter of fact, the money is the least of my concern at the time because i just want to be heard so any opportunity like that will have me turning flips lol

i been doing this since i was a kid with my lil toy keyboard and a kareoke machine.
few years after that i got a bigger keybord but still recording on tapes with a kareoke.
few years after that, i got a laptop and FL studio and made cds with a poor quality.
a year after that i got a rcording program and started steppin my mix and master game up.
few years after that, and im still climbing as we speak

Your influences?
zaytoven motivates me in the producing field but trap music in general keeps me going. even though alot of my tracks are not trap music i make alot of trap beats
Favorite spot?
East Oakland, CA & Paris, TX
Equipment used:
I have "FL studio 8 XXL producer edition" just to build the beats, and i use "Magix Music Maker 16" right now to record. the tracks on my page are recorded in music maker too so its getting the job done for now

yeah, i just wanna say thanks to my mother for the laptop anyway, because without her spoiling me i wouldnt even be on my 12th album within 3 years. im making music because its my pasion and i just love music, any kind (accept country music, i hate country) lol halla!
