Its time to end the persecution of cannabis users in this country. Prohibition is not working, it continues to fuel the criminal gangs with whom we do not wish to associate. License the cultivation of cannabis for personal use, control and regulate supply to adult users in line with alcohol and tobacco, both of which legal drugs are proven to be far more damaging than cannabis and cost the NHS millions of pounds each year.
