Why this name?
A maltese friend could never pronounce my name, and always called me Mr Jools.
Do you play live?
I have played solo sets at festivals, small venues, and anytime i'm asked to.I don't go out looking for gigs.All the tracks here have been recorded live.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
There is so much unheard talent out there--you get to hear some amazing stuff on sites like this one--better than the commercial rubbish anyday!!
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Maybe--but I just do this for my own pleasure really.

I just can't stop writing and playing songs--I expect I always will.
