Five O'clock shadow formed in the early ninties when LaGone Harper took pity on two struggling musicians and gave them the benefit of his experience and leadership.
Why this name?
We were named by our friend, roadie and videographer Will 'June' Moorehead
Do you play live?
We generally show up and play at whatever jams we find to test out new material on a live audience. Were generally more a studio band right now.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
Any opportunity to be heard is a cool thing
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
I seriously doubt one would come looking, But I wouldn't rule anything out.
Your influences?
Were' Funk and jazz babies. Influences run From Funkadelic to Stevie Wonder to Joe Satriani and Miles Davis. Cameo and Maze
