I originally started kicking freestyles around with my friends during recess on the playground, I didn't start taking it serious till about seventh grade, I started writing lyrics when I was thirteen but didn't start recording till I was around eighteen, I first started recording demo tapes over at my brother Stacy Matlocks house on his old school d.j.'ing boombox, I later started recording at PaypaHouse Entertainment with producer Reddy Made, about a year after that I decided to team up with a few friends (Kamiko Jackson, Alphonso Taylor, & Stacy Matlock) to start up our own label (We Ain't Right Record'z), we recently decided to go our own ways due to unforeseen circumstances and situations, I am currently working on starting my own label (Skulion Production'z)

Why this name?

It Was Blessed Upon Me Years Ago, And What Your Seeing Now Is Over A Decade Of Evolution In The Making Ready To Go Forth And Spread My Knowledge Through My Music To The World.

I Havent Performed Live Yet, But Im Looking Forward To It!!!!!!!!

How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?

It Makes It A Whole Lot Easier To Get Your Music Out There, And To Get Your Fan Base Started Up, Let Alone A Whole Lot Easier To Network With Other Artists, Composers, And Producers.

Skulion Production'z - Founded January 2011 - A Producer I (Coby Skulion) Tend To Be A Perfectionist, I Have An Excellent Ear When It Comes To Recording Vocals For Artist's And A Natural Talent When It Comes To Mixing And Mastering. As An Artist My Work Tends To Have A Tight Grip On Reality, I Try To Keep It As Straight To The Point As I Can While At The Same Time Walking You Through A Story About My Life. I Try To Teach The Lessons I Have Learned In Life Through My Music, I Try To Help The Younger Generation Step There Game Up, To Grow, To Develop, And To Evolve Into There True Potential!!! I Try To Point Them In The Right Direction, Dont Get It Twisted Tho And Think I Dont Still Go Hard In The Streets Just Because Most Of My Music Now Is On That Real Talk Tip.
