Elucid Tyranny
Pavidus is a Progressive Metal band hailing from North West OHIO. The band is currently working on their debut full length album. With a few demos circulating the area, this will be the first album concluding the first chapter of their progressions thus far, and is to be released in 2008. Pavidus is currently booking in NW Ohio, see you there.

Why this name?
We decided to choose a latin word because the english language is a common amongst music worrldwide.
Do you play live?
We play live and try to as often as possible. WE try to be a live band before we try to be a studio band. We play summer slaughter tour on 6/21/08 in cleveland. we got to meet a lot of artist we respect, especially Psycroptic from Australiua. Not many bands in the US can even say they've played with them guys...
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
Well, it makes it easier for artists to display there work, yet, it is harder to find good bands.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
OF COURSE!!!
Your influences?
We play what we love, and thats music. We are considered death metal, yet we try to add a lil bit of somethin from all types and genres of music, because we appriciate everything, and that brings us to a whole new level. It brings out the Progressiveness within us.
Favorite spot?
We wannna play everywhere.
Equipment used:
Marshall guitar rigs, backline bass rig, Peavey, Jackson, and Alverez guitars, and kerry uses tama and alesis percussion equipment.
