Brainworm
We are Brainworm and we are different. 5 ex-members of some of the noisiest and fastest bands from the North East of England. Influenced by anything and everything and it all goes into the Brainworm cauldren. Horrible stuff comes out. Aaaargh! Currently writing new songs for full CD release in new year. MP3s are from our first demo, when we were all a bit rusty and slow! Enjoy.
Why this name?
Drunk and stoned and this was the first one out of about 2,500 suggestions that we all agreed on.
Do you play live?
Anywhere that will have us! Lookin for gigs in and around Newcastle or further afield if we can scrounge a lift. Give us a shout re. gigs.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
Love it! Makes DIY so much easier (and cheaper). Still dont need record labels!
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Nah doubt they would have us anyway!

Ex- Sawn Off, Deed Kennedys(Tribute), Hell Bastard, Odds Bodkins, Mortal Terror having one last stab at world unmusical demonation.
Your influences?
Anything loud and horrible like Discharge Birdflesh Dead Kennedys Drop Dead You get the picture.....

Anything we can get our grubby hands on plus some knacked old Marshalls, SGs, Rickenbacker Bass (Goaterhead) and some drumsticks that have seen better days. No Effects!!
