Music has always been a life long hobby that's becoming more relevant career wise.
My style probably falls in the Ambient/Electronic genre, with some variations here & there. Many of my songs are piano based that were written over the past 30 years. Most were 're-imagined' after I bought a KORG Triton a few years ago.
I continue to draw inspiration from music that's creative. Recently I've started using REASON 4.0 software. So once again my sound and style are changing especially as I rely less and less on my earlier piano works.

Why this name?
It's just my name, plain & simple.
Do you play live?
I do not play live
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
I'm not pretending to be some kind of professional. But I do see myself as something of a 'sub-professional.' I think the internet/mp3 has definately opened up a niche market for this kind of music.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
That would depend.
Band History:
I started playing piano in the 70’s when my parents bought a Yamaha Baby Grand. As an only kid I spent a lot of time at the piano and had a terrible time reading music. I resisted formal instruction, which gave my piano teacher(s) fits.
I started composing music in the 70's and was always more interested in learning how to play by ear and improvising. I became very inspired when my piano teacher first played Mannheim Steamroller's Fresh Aire.

Your influences?
As for my inspiration; It all started with Mannheim Steamroller's Fresh Aire series, then the Beatles Sgt' Pepper, then Jan & Dean (seriously) and Brian Wilson of course. As a teen in the 80's, I really enjoyed new wave & synth and artists like, Eurythmics, Depeche Mode, Erasure, Art of Noise & Vangelis. Today my tastes continue to varry. I listen mostly to independent and sattelite radio.
Favorite spot?
Owens Beach in Tacoma WA.
