Question, “What are we going to do about hip hops current state of lackluster music?
The answer’s simple, create better music.
I’ve been a fan of hip hop since the late 80's early 90's. The “Golden Age” as some would call it. Whatever problem you were going through, you could pop in a tape and you were free of that problem. Even if it was only for five minutes, Hip Hop released you. It seems now that those times are either done with or very hard to find. Hence the start of Q&A Music. Though I started out in the music game as an artist, as the music changed I just couldn’t feel it the same way anymore. Don’t take that as my giving up because lyrically, I’m still a beast and could still be relevant in today’s market. However, I chose to play the production side with the hopes of guiding new talent to a more true to art influence that can also get radio play.
