I just recently started composing and wanted to share my music with the world. I play guitar / bass and keyboards.
Why this name?
The name was derived from one of the songs I composed ( cut to the chase ), unfortunately, there are others who already have claims to this name. Some quick thinking resulted in cut 2 the chaise .
Do you play live?
I used to play live to pay my bills back in High School and College. I occasionally still do but most of my work is just compositions.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It's a wonderful tool to share styles and ideas. We all seem to benefit from this medium.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
I would consider a record deal, but I wouldn't want it to interfere with my current life style.
