The internet has changed the music industry enormously. Independant music producers, artst, and majors, can reach millions of people with their music instantly.

I started recording myself at an early age. (tape deck to tape deck, yall know what Im talkin about). I helped form a singing group back when all the guy groups were crushing the game, we did our thing. (Plaboy whats good??) I then got involed with choir singing, (man that makes my head hurt) Stepping into manhood I began to do more writing for myself, and for fellow singers. This brought out more of the artistic side, which brought out the Artist!!

I hate to be so general, but the truth is every single artist, or song that I have heard influenced Tejay Gilliam to be the artist that you hear now. Some styles I adopted, and and some were examples of what I didn't want to sound or look like.

Haven't been everywhere yet, but I would have to say NY as of now. I like that I can go to times square and see any race of people, and they are all in a hurry to get somewhere to handle some kind of business. Its motivating for me...
