Tar Viturawong is a new composer and an amateur pianist. He has been composing a wide range of choral, orchestral and solo works with his first Premiere performance when he was 11. His new mission has been to write and record his own solo piano compositions. His first album Adolescent Reflections, a compilation of his early piano works, was released in November 2008 and enjoyed a broadcast onWhisperings and SKY.FM Solo Piano internet radio stations.

Tar’s music has its unique place in the border between the classical romantic and the new age, and his sound is becoming quickly recognised for its easier-listening expression of classical-romantic ideas. Each piece brings something new that gratifies listeners of modern solo piano music and classical music alike. Tar has played in small concerts and church services to delighted audiences and welcomes opportunities to share his music in live performances.

His new album, Origami, is in progress and scheduled for release in November 2009.
