Why this name?
Well, Chuck is my nickname. And since I belong to a church, the protocol for male members is "brother" then your name. To me, "brother" was just to plain so, since I wanted my rap name to still be simple so I just changed the spelling of "brotha" to " brudda", and that's how I came up with BruddaChuck.
Do you play live?
Yes I performed live quite often, and I love it! I have performed at many different locations across the state of Arkansas. Just recently I had the opportunity to perform in Detroit at the Singers and Musicains Conference, New Artist Showcase. I would say that every moment I have to minister the word of God through the avenue of rap is a special moment for me.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It gives you an audience that you may never had reached, also gives people quicker access to the music they like, without ever having to leave their homes!
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Of course! I'm always looking for new ways and ideas to finace my projects, as well as promote and distribute them. I'm just one man, so having a professional team, like a major label would definatly extend my borders!
Band History:

Your influences?
I have many, from hip-hop to Gospel. I no longer listen to secular rap, but when I did, I listened to people like UGK, 2pac (of course), Scareface, Twista, Tilib Qwali. I also grew up listening to alot of Gospel Music, from Quartets, to Chiors, I'll name just a few: Canton Spirituals, Williams Brothers, Clark Sisters, Winans, Andre Crouch, James Clevland, Missisippi Mass Chior, Kirk Franklin, Jackson Southernaires, Mighty Clouds of Joy.
Favorite spot?
Right now I would have to say where I live, here in Conway Ar. Its pretty laid back for the most part, but its growing pretty fast.
Equipment used:
a microphone lol! Currently I'm only an artist, I have a great producer by the name of Big Nick Matlock abbaentertainmet@yahoo.com , where I've did most of the recording for my Freshman album. Just recently, I've been making more of my own beats and am also looking to set up a studio of my own
Anything else...?
