Reality rocked the Brass Mug on Fletcher Avenue in Tampa, Florida for the better part of '92, '93, and '94. The band had other gigs, namely bonfires with tractor-trailer stages and quite often fan-infiltrated practices at People's Storage; but Reality's flyer-promoted and foam-financed appearances were always at the Brass Mug. Gardy-Loo, Mega-Smegma and other local atrocities shared the stage, along with the occasional reunion tour (i.e. Nasty Savage). Scott Sheppard formed the band years prior to the Brass Mug days with Richard Fuller. Rick Clark joined soon after, and after the band's bouts with the "bass-player blues", Sam Senovich joined the ranks. Rick unfortunately parted and developed as a remarkable cover band frontman. Soon after, the rest of the band fell into an uncomfortable doldrum and disbanded, but not before recording a phenomenal six-song demo. The demo was included in Sam's solo effort CD, Sonabich Maypop, but otherwise was not circulated until it's CD reissue in 2003.
