Why this name?

Empress was a nick name and I just put the rest together :)

Do you play live?

I am working on the development of my stage presence, and moving from the studio to the stage. I will keep you posted.

How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?

I believe it changes the music industry indefinetly, it has made it easier for unsigned artists to reach all area's of the globe, its the cheapest and most effective form of advertisement and promotion.

Would you sign a record contract with a major label?

I would definetly sign if the right offer came about.
