Although ViN Rawli is a play on my full name (Terry Vincent Rawlins II), it was actually named after the famous card game, Gin Rummy

Music is sooo available to the public. People I met in VA can listen to my music simultaneously with my people in South Carolina and people in Thailand, who I never met can visit my page as well. The internet and the MP3 is making it easier for the unsigned artist to be heard.

Hmm, two years ago I would have said OF COURSE! Sign me! Sign me! Haha but now Im not so sure. I wanna be independent, def dont wanna sell my soul to the Industry! I wanna be free to be me and make my own decisions (and money). But who knows what will happen down the road! If I ever get signed, it will be as a producer, not an artist/performer.

I listen to all kinds of music. Ah man, music is my passion, my life, my true love. I will always love Hip-Hop but Im also really into Electronic music. Id say they are about even for me haha Hip-Hop, R&B, Electronic, Pop, Rock, Classical, Jazz, Reggae, I love all that stuff. Growing up, my mom had me into a lot of the music that shaped my sound today. Thanks MOM :D
