Black Embassy was formed in 2004 by Charles Nix(Sha-P) & Charlie Warren(Hustleman) with the release of "Hustle or Die". In 2005 Black Embassy added the edition of Robert Thomas(P.G.) as the third business partner and began to form Black Embassy into a Music Company. In 2006, Sha-P signed a joint deal with Hy Lyfe Inc. Also in 2006, Sha-P released "I Got Next" and "The Streetz Need Me" under Hy Lyfe Inc and Black Embassy. "I Got Next" and "The Streetz Need Me" sold over 2000 units 2gether.In 2007 Black Embassy added Andre Barnes(A1) as President of Black Embassy. Black Embassy also added the edition of Kyree Da God, 5ambo, Fridae Blaque, K.Sykes as artists. In 2008, the first release from Black Embassy in over two years "BE Comin"(Black Embassy Mixtape) and 5ambo "The Introduction
