I've had a love for music even from a young age Though in more recent times i started developing my craft when I was around 16. The original incarnation of azriahl involved a couple of friends and I. We practised out in lang pioneer village and wrote together. Over time i went my own way and reformed the band, Hit the road and did as many shows as i could find all the while writing new material.
Now after being discovered by former Odd World Drummer "Robbie Rogers" And Former Sinisteria Guitarist "Paul Tikkanen" Azriahl has yet again been twisted into something new. The newest incarnation of Azriahl have been working together since July though even in such a short time have already recorded 5 songs to this point.

Do you play live?
At the moment were in studio only working on 2 cd's. We will be doing the odd Stickam performance and possibly a show or two but mainly from our studio.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It opens doors and allows people to enjoy music at theyre ease.
I think free information trade has scared the crap out of big wigs who had relied on the privatisation of mainstream material as a means for profit..
Allot of band make money on thrye cds yes.. BUt not much even if theyre independant..
Most major artists ahve theyre own studio.. we do..
Allot of revenue is generated for artists at shows, from merchandise, Tv appearances, and support from the fans..
Ill buy cd's from bands i support though allot of bands like "Nin, Bryan adams, Bowie and alanis morissette" offer free downloads aswell..

Yes..
They take allot off the artists plate..
I manage over 25 websites, book shows, write songs, manage the fan groups and do all promo, production, mixing, mastering and still have to work...

Alice in chains, Grunge music, Filter, Nirvana, Queens of the stoneage, Rasputina..
My infuinces come from dark, dramatic, melodic music..
Anything passionate and moody, I also prefer music that has a fresh lively feel..
Rasputina has everything i enjoy and theyre unique..
Theres not many Cello bands out there, And Melora Creagor puts a hell of allot of love, passion and soul into her writings..
Bands like this have substance to theyre music while still holding strong mainstream compliant material..
