Chase is as simple as simple gets. it's my last name lol. my friends call me Chase cause they kno a lot of matts so having a simple last name like chase is easy to say and its a pretty cool nickname too

Started when i was 13, my bro showed me FL Studios, fell in love wit it immediately. from that time till around freshman year of college i worked on FL and made simpler easier songs, once i hit college and fell in love wit Reason and the ebility to literally play Everythin, my songs took a turn for the better, and my musicality got better.

I dont listen to a lot of beats that are basic cause they kinda bore me. i love the beats that are very layered, complex and are more than just a few notes. if i can listen to just the instrumental alone and get excited and hype, then thats a beat i love. Mysto & Pizzi, Mike Kalombo & Ronald Jenkees are the ones i really consider influences. also i love techno/electronica artists such as Deadmau5, Daft Punk, Boys Noize and a few others so i look to their styles also for ideas
